Leadership Program

 

Hallos has been developing leadership programs customized to the needs of each company. The vast majority of our programs are associated with the development of social skills through the expansion of leaders’ self-awareness and their training to engage and manage different styles of professionals, with the aim of improving relations not only between leaders and followers, but also those among professionals in the same team.

Team Building work involves, depending on the situation:

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR ENGAGING LEADERS

 

This program aims to develop, together with the participants, the skills of each leadership style based on the needs of the group and the organization within the current context.

MODULE I

KNOWING YOURSELF AS A LEADER

Knowing and reframing the role of the leader in all its dimensions and creating contexts so that each participant can discover and recognize their innate potentials and the best way to operate and contribute to their organization and the current changes.

MODULE II

LEARN OR DIE

Expand mental models based on the recognition of the existing polarity between the forces of the past (death) and the forces of development of the future (innovative). Observe how these forces operate in your present, in your decisions, in automatic behaviors, and be open to welcoming and building new learning habits.

MODULE III

THE LEADER AS AN INSPIRATOR
AND INFLUENCER

Reflect on the aspects of influence, that is, how we are influenced and how we influence as leaders. Develop the basic principles of trust, credibility and inspiration to act more consciously and effectively as a leader.

MODULE IV

THE LEADER AS A FACILITATOR AND
TEAM DEVELOPER

Improve skills to understand how to structure, facilitate and develop teams, stimulating communication, collective intelligence and collaborative work, based on the understanding of human nature and generations, considering the styles and levels of consciousness of the group. Establish new forms of communication and learning through people.

MODULE V

LEADERSHIP IN THE DIMENSION
OF CONFLICTS

Develop participants’ understanding of how to look at and deal with problems and conflicts in their various dimensions, especially in interpersonal relationships.

MODULE VI

THE LEADER AS AN ENTREPRENEUR
AND ACHIEVER

Work with participants on the basic aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation, associated with the role of the leader as a driver and motivator of assertive action and achievement of goals.

MODULE VII

THE LEADER AS A MANAGER
OF PROCESSES
AND INFLUENCER

Develop the basic aspects of Process Management and Administration of the multiple activities of the Leader’s responsibility. Create fluid and effective models that support the business.

MODULE VIII

THE LEADER IN THE FULL DIMENSION

Bring the diverse perspectives of leadership, in an integral systemic dimension, and deepen the knowledge passed on to the group in the other modules.
