Mentoring and Coaching are proven tools that can contribute to the development of leaders. In our methodology, we take into account the client’s principles and values, the style and diversity of the people with whom the leader relates, the context of the work’s applicability, the expected results and a future vision of the professional’s career and development.
Full Coaching
In addition to professional, pragmatic aspects, when possible, Coaching sessions cover not only the values and behavior of the leader and the organization but also the impacts on the professional’s social and family life and vice versa. In this work, we also use instruments such as Engagement 360º, Life History and standards, Hallos & Triads (innate talents of performance and relationship).
Hallos prepare Mentors and Coaches in the United States and Europe to use the Hallos & Triads methodology to conduct Coaching sessions with their customers. Certified professionals can use the Hallos & Triads Platform, whose programs and data are stored on AWS – Amazon Web Services.
