In our training, you will:

What is expected of participants at the end of the Certification
- Leaders:
We hope that leaders had increased their self-awareness about the impact they have on their team relationships. We also hope that leaders acquired new skills to resolve conflicts and deal with different people in thinking, feeling, and acting.
- Consultant Coaches and HR professionals
Coaches and Consultants are expected to gain new resources to dialogue and help develop their clients.
These participants can submit HIR reports, talking about the topic with a certain level of knowledge.
According to the skill, the professionals can also be prepared to make presentations on the Hallos method.
HR participants will be able to select with greater assertiveness
professionals according to their potential and innate talents.
So that this knowledge is assimilated, participants will be invited to apply 3 Hallo Questionnaires, provide their feedback, and attend 2 Webinar sessions. The ones that fulfill these requirements and make their reports receive a Practitioner Certificate in Hallos Relations method.

- The relationship with the other, as a basic principle of self-development;
- Sympathy (like/afinity) and antipathy (dislike), as elements to be overcome in relationships. The power of empathy;
- Blind spots;
- The pillars of a new paradigm: self-awareness, diversity, and collaboration.
- Inclusion as a social force for development.
- How to relate to different types of people.
Human Types:
- The relationship with the other, as a basic principle of self-development;

- Skills and excesses of each type;
- Conflicts between types and new ways of relating;
- The world is dual and three-dimensional (the meaning of the 3 colors).
Leadership and Work Teams:
- How to use the Hallos method (types) to support Coaching and Mentoring,
- Powerful questions asked for each type (talent and challenge);
Professional selection
- How to engage and motivate professionals across different types;
- How each type of leader engages and disengages professionals,
- How to form teams and deal with individuals with different ways of thinking, feeling, and acting;
- How to give assertive feedback to different types.
Certification Structure:
How the Course will be: The course will be held in 6 meetings via Zoom of 4 hours each.
Despite being virtual, the meetings will have many experiential practices. Participants will be invited to practice the knowledge gained.
- The attendants receive a 280-page material in writing with all contents required to work with the Hallos method.
- 1 Hallos license and full report.
- 1 license 360 Hallos,
- 3 full licenses to exercise knowledge with others.
- Practitioner Certificate for participants who complete the requested exercises.

Marco Antonio Camacho de Figueiredo
International Facilitator, Educator, Researcher and Executive Coach
His work aims to develop leaders and career, and Leadership Development Programs, Identity, Team, and Organizational Culture Building in Brazil, Latin America, and Europe. Doctorate in Business Administration at The University of Manchester (Jan 2021). He is a Business Administrator at Getúlio Vargas Foundation and Master in Social Psychology (USP). He took courses in Biographic Counseling (ELEB/International Trainers Forum, Goetheanum, Switzerland), Leadership at CTI (USA), Coaching; at The Coaching Training Institute (USA), EcoSocial (Brazil), Integral Coaching (Canada), and Train the Trainers (SBPNL). He was an executive in organisation including Bunge, Vicunha, Johnson & Johnson Groups, and Credicardhall. As a consultant, he services Natura, Nestlé, Sanofi, Reckitt, Avon, Danone, Purina, ESPN, and Johnson. He was responsible for the design and application of the Leadership Programme of London Business School for Nestlé in Brazil, and he was also a strategic partner of IBM Brazil. He is an awareness stage researcher of individuals and organisations and new management and leadership models. He also develops researches on youngster insertion in professional life.

Ana Beatriz Rietmann de Figueiredo
Facilitator, Coach and Biographic Advisor
Consultant, Coach, and Biographic Advisor. Expert at adult education, currently personal process facilitator. She graduated at Ontological Coaching at Newfield International (Chile) and Coaching and Action (SBPNL), Biographic Advising (Eleb/International Trainers Forum, Goetheanum, Switzerland), and Artistic Therapy (Associação Sagres).
In the last 20 years, she has worked with art in different manifestations, including instruments, to understand their role in reconnection with individual essence. As a consultant, she has worked in Brazil, Spain, and Chile, in companies including Natura, Sanofi, Purina, Denken (Chile), and Nestlé, in the engagement process, team development, and facilitator development in Hallos method. She is a Hallos partner.
