Learning and reassigning the meaning of the role of the leader in all of its dimensions. Creating context for each participant to be able to discover and recognize their innate potential and the best way of acting and contributing to the organization, and current changes.
MODULE II
LEARN OR DIE
Learn the mental models based on recognition of the existing polarization between the forces of the past (death) and the development forces of the future (innovative). Observe how these forces operate in your present, in your decisions, in automatic behaviours and how to be open to welcome and build new learning habits.
MODULE III
THE LEADER AS AN INSPIRER
AND INFLUENCER
Reflect on the aspects of influence, i.e., how we are exerted influence on and how we exert influence as leaders. Develop the basic principles of trust, credibility and inspiration for the most aware and effective form of behaviour as a leader.
MODULE IV
THE LEADER AS FACILITATOR AND
DEVELOPER OF TEAMS
Hone the skills to understand the way of structuring, facilitating and developing teams, stimulating communication, collective intelligence and collaborative work, based on the understanding of human nature and different generations. Considering the styles and levels of awareness of the group. Establish new forms of communication and learning through people.
MODULE V
LEADERSHIP IN THE DIMENSION
OF CONFLICTS
Develop in the participants the understanding the way of looking at and dealing with problems and conflicts in their various dimensions, especially in interpersonal relationships.
MODULE VI
THE LEADER AS ENTREPRENEUR
AND ACHIEVER
Work with the participants on the basic aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation, linked to the role of the leader as the driver and motivator of assertive action and achievement of goals.
MODULE VII
THE LEADER AS PROCESS
MANAGER
Develop the basic aspects of Process Management and of Administration of the multiple activities under the responsibility of the Leader. Create fluid and effective models that sustain the business.
MODULE VIII
THE LEADER IN FULL DIMENSION
Bring several leadership perspectives with a full systemic view and deepen
past knowledge for the group in other modules.
